Ewen, one of our Founders & Directors, is a Qualitative Researcher & Brand Strategist by trade. He possesses strategic acumen and collaborative leadership skills, with a proven track record in cultivating cultural brands such as White Claw, Jack Daniels, Jameson, and Heineken.

Lachie Goldsworthy

Lachie, our other Founder & Director, is the creative force behind all our brands. With over 20 years of experience in business, brand creation, identity, communication, and strategy, Lachie has left his mark in various fields. He was instrumental in the founding team and creative direction of the highly successful Australian brewery, Balter Brewing.

Ben De Amicis

Ben is our General Manager. He is a drinks executive with over 20 years of experience in sales and operations roles with CCA and Asahi.

Kristy McMillian

Kristy, our Operations manager, brings expertise from top Australian breweries like Pirate Life and Deeds Brewing. She previously studied forensic science so her attention to detail leaves no room for error & keeps us all on our toes.

An experienced executive with experience at Coca-Cola Amatil, Lion Beer Australia and most recently Vittoria Food & Beverages

Will Hudson

With extensive experience in beverage sales, Will, our Queensland state manager, has recently managed the Gold Coast and northern New South Wales territories at Balter Brewing. He continues to oversee these regions.

Alex O'brien

Alex O'Brien is our NSW Sales Manager, specializing in on and off-premise account management. With prior roles as Key Account Manager at Proof & Company and State Manager at Bacardi, Alex brings a wealth of industry expertise.
